I was introduced to this beautiful woodland walk up Kokanee Canyon this week…
In my younger years (and warmer weather) I’d have gone clambering on those rocks… 
There’s just something delightful about rocks and water…
Ducks apparently agree! This one stands downstream of a spawning stream…The salmon run is just ending but the remains are evidently worth dabbling for!
…and it’s so p-p-peaceful at this hour of the morning.
We missed the Coast’s blackberry harvest this year, but here’s a straggling vine flagging the location of a potential harvest next year!
